Because Beauty Club operates as a beauty discovery and marketplace-style service, some information is handled directly by Beauty Club and some may also be handled by the salons, spas, clinics, or other providers you choose to interact with through the platform.

We may collect information you provide directly when you create an account, contact us, request support, subscribe to updates, submit a booking or offer request, or otherwise use Beauty Club.

We may also create or receive records related to your use of Beauty Club over time, including booking history, cancellations, customer support interactions, preferences, saved items, and similar service-related records.

Where payments are processed through Beauty Club or a connected provider, payment information may be handled by third-party payment providers, and we may receive limited transaction records needed for support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.
We generally do not need full card details to operate the marketplace experience, and where card or payment credentials are collected, they are typically processed through specialized payment partners rather than stored in full by Beauty Club.

We use personal information to operate the platform, provide requested services, and maintain a safe and reliable user experience.
This includes using data behind the scenes to manage account access, booking workflows, marketplace activity, service quality, operational reporting, and communications connected to your use of Beauty Club.

3. Information From Providers and Third Parties
We may receive information from beauty businesses, partners, and service providers in connection with bookings, cancellations, attendance, redeemed offers, support issues, or refund reviews.
We may also receive technical, analytics, advertising, authentication, or fraud-prevention information from vendors and platform providers that help us operate Beauty Club.
If you contact a provider directly after discovering it through Beauty Club, or if a provider updates the status of an appointment or dispute, that provider may send related information back to us when needed to support the transaction, investigate a complaint, or maintain platform integrity.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may share information in the following situations:
- With salons, spas, clinics, or other beauty businesses when needed to process a booking, appointment request, offer, or support issue you initiate

Where a booking, offer, or service is fulfilled by a third-party provider, that provider may independently determine how it uses information you submit to it or authorize us to share for booking and customer service purposes.

We do not intend to use device location for continuous background tracking. You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.
If you do not allow location access, you may still be able to use parts of the service by manually searching for neighborhoods, cities, or provider names.
12. Children's Privacy
Beauty Club is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the issue and take appropriate action.
Parents or guardians who believe information may have been submitted by a child may contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information.

The app or website may include links to third-party websites, booking tools, payment providers, maps, social media services, or provider pages that are not operated by Beauty Club.
We are not responsible for the privacy, content, or security practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
This includes cases where you leave Beauty Club to complete a booking, make a payment, interact with a map provider, sign in through another platform, or communicate with a beauty business outside our service.
